Last week, I had the great pleasure of teaming up with Loren Michelle, owner of Brooklyn-based catering company, Naturally Delicious (one of my favorite NYC / Tri-State area vendors).  We hung out in Naturally Delicious’ cozy back room, bathed in beautiful natural light – perfect for photographing some of ND’s most popular, seasonally inspired menu items. Loren and her arsenal of amazing chefs brought out dish after dish, as I photographed each beautiful plate while salivating like a dog.

Although I’m taking some much needed time off from a busy wedding season, I couldn’t help but post some images from Max and Cristina’s wedding at Frost Valley YMCA, in the Catskills. Coincidentally, I spent many years as a camper and staff member at this beautiful summer camp (slash amazing wedding venue), so it was such a joy to shoot in a place that I couldn’t be more familiar with. To me, this was the perfect place to end the first half of this Summer’s wedding season before heading out west for the month of July (I’m currently blogging from Jackson Hole, WY). Thank you Max and Cristina for being so cool to work with, and for bringing me out to a place that I hold so dear to my heart. Congrats!

So happy to share a few highlights from Davis & Emily’s wedding last weekend at the beautiful Martha Clara Vineyards (huge thank you to Molly O’Connor for being so accommodating!)  Another thank you goes out to catering by “A Small Affair” – you guys rocked, and were so great to work with. The beautiful florals were done by Moments In Time, and the evening’s live entertainment, The Dylan Matthews Band (of Hank Lane Music & Productions) was one of the best I’ve ever seen. And lastly, thank you Emily & Davis for making my job so damn easy…you guys get an A+ on the whole wedding thing. Congrats to you both!
